Mark Adams

Key Principal and Founder

Mark is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership in all facets of our firm.. Prior to founding Gnarus Advisors, he worked/held ownership positions in growth oriented creative, three dimensional, marketing service industries ranging in size from $15 to $100M.  Proven history of performing successfully under pressure in multiple disciplines allowing organizations to realize tangible improvements in market differentiation, direct sales, and profitability. Executive level management, strategic planning and tactical assistance in budgeting/planning process while leading/developing operational management teams.

He has also served as an advisor to emerging firms by providing merger, acquisition assistance, turnaround guidance and actionable growth strategies. Highly effective qualitative and quantitative annual planning ability with regular evaluation of performance against stated strategy and objectives.

Mark’s leadership strength lies in his ability to operationalize strategy—translating a client’s  company’s strategic objectives into meaningful plans and tactical activities.
